Garry James was born on January 24, 1978 (Aged 46). James is the actor who portrays Detroit Velvet Smooth on 27 episodes of the show from 2003 to 2005. He then quit the show, though no one knows why he quit.
He was introduced because Lahey wanted to take down a concert J-Roc was having. (Who's the Microphone Assassin? Season 3 - Episode 4) He called DVS to try and get him to ruin everything, he soon became good friends with T and J Roc. He last appears at the end of season 5 (The Shit Blizzard Season 5 - Episode 10).
