Everyone in the park adjusts to life outside of jail and is generally happy that things seem to be looking up... until Randy is made the Associate trailer Park Supervisor, that is.

Plot Synopsis[]

Teaser[]

Ricky talks about how glad he is to be out of jail and that he's never going back. He is making money with his dad through recycling. He says that he and Lucy are back together, but she has a different view.

Act One[]

Ray, also out of jail now, is quite happy with life in the sleeper cab. He is basically squatting on a lot and has all the comforts of home for free. Bubbles is also living on the same lot and he is building the Kittyland Love Centre, a daycare centre for cats.

Randy prepares to break up with Jim Lahey because his alcoholism is out of control. He finds Jim in the car and it is suddenly without a roof—he has no idea how it happened. Randy tells him he's breaking up with him and hands him a videotape and tells him to watch it. Randy rides over to Barb's trailer and tells her the news. He also asks her for the park supervisor job since Jim isn't doing it well enough. Barb tells him that he can have the job if he performs an eviction. Barb also gives him Detective Ted Johnson's personal phone number, saying he can help.

meanwhile, Jim watches the tape and it's footage of him at his drunkest, stumbling around and making a scene. He is clearly remorseful and puts his drink down.

Act Two[]

Ray tosses full pissjugs into the trees and Bubbles is upset by this; he can't understand why Ray can't use a toilet like other people. They have a few drinks, and Bubbles reminds Ricky that he was supposed to get Julian from jail. Ricky says someone else will probably do it.

Cory and Trevor have opened a convenience store in the park, and it's managed by Sarah. They explain that they were in therapy while in jail and have learned to be more independent. Lahey comes looking for Randy and is mocked by the two boys. Lahey fights with them for a minute before Sarah breaks it up.

Julian is about to get released from jail, and he is also in high spirits. He has taken a real estate course and made a killing selling homemade vodka. He has a plan to make money off of renovating trailers. He calls Cory and Trevor to pick him up, but they say they can't.

Instead, J-Roc and T take him home. When they return to the park, J-Roc introduces him to his two girlfriends, both of whom are pregnant. However, he has taken himself out of the rap game as he is hard up for cash and needs to support is new family.

Julian meets Ricky, Bubbles and Ray and is greeted warmly. He tells them his real estate idea. They are all happy make plans to get drunk later.

Lahey tries to talk to Randy, but he's not interested, so he leaves. Julian sits down with Barb and buys a starter trailer from her. She says there is a trailer available that afternoon.

Ted Johnson arrives and meets with Randy. Ted tells him that Barb made him Associate Trailer Park Supervisor and congratulates him for breaking up with Lahey.

Act Three[]

While the boys are getting drunk, Randy arrives acting hard and announces that Ray is a squatter and evicts him from the park. Ricky starts getting in his face, but Ted arrives and keeps order. Ray rants about it to Randy and says he's got a much better place to go to.

Later Ricky talks about how happy Ray is in his new living space and goes to visit him there—in his sleeper cab at the garbage dump.
